Betti has a passion for persuasion and discovered her love of litigation while still in law school. Along with her partner Vincent Li, Betti was the first Thompson Rivers University Law student to ever place in the Macintyre Cup Oral Advocacy Law Moot and subsequently qualified and proudly represented TRU Law at the Sopinka Cup in Ottawa in March 2019.
Betti is known for her zealous advocacy and strong communication style with clients. Betti strives to ensure her clients feel heard, understood and respected throughout the legal process.
“Representing clients in family law is an absolute privilege. Some of my clients are going through some of the hardest times in their lives, and knowing I can alleviate some of their concern, and secure part of their future, is important to me. I care about the outcome of each file, and making sure my clients are heard and their needs are met. That, and I love to win.”
Betti accepts clients throughout the Okanagan and surrounding areas, primarily in Family Law.
