Monika Brooke

Monika is our dynamic office manager and hard-working paralegal. She is very proud to have been born and raised in Penticton. After graduating from Pen-Hi, she attended the Okanagan University College to complete her Legal Assistant Certification.

After obtaining her certification, Monika worked full-time as a Legal Assistant, while attending Capilano University online to complete her Paralegal Certification. She has diligently worked in the legal industry (both as support staff and management) since 1991. Her main focus areas are: general litigation, family law, and personal injury law. She has been with Hillside Law Inc. since its inception in 2011.

Monika really enjoys the hands-on work of researching, drafting and helping clients on a daily basis. In her spare time, she practices running and interval training, to keep her in tip-top shape for having fun with her two daughters, her husband, Dave, and their beautiful rescue dogs. As a family, they enjoy mountain biking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and RV trips throughout Western Canada and the U.S.
